Lauren Madison
Lauren joined the Moon Parks Foundation Board in 2021, and is also serving as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Moon Parks & Recreation since then as well. She enjoys interacting with members of our community and engaging them in the foundation's initiatives.

Josh Werner
Josh recently joined Moon Township as Parks and Recreation Director. He brings many years of parks experience, working in both large and small communities. He is looking forward to new challenges and bringing new ideas to the Moon Parks programs and facilities. Josh has two dogs, Shanny (white) a rescue and Parker (black) a retired service dog.
Joseph Denardo Jr
The Moon Parks Foundation is special to me. My grandfather, Joe DeNardo was instrumental in creating Moon Park. He loved Moon Township and Moon Park and I want to carry on his legacy of giving, volunteering and offering my services to keep Moon Township a great place to live and work.
Cindy Johnston
Cindy has lived in Moon Township since 1993 and has been involved in the township since she was a Moon Township Supervisor from 2002-2008. As a supervisor Cindy helped create and implement the Moon Township Parks Plan. Cindy currently sits on the Moon Parks and Recreation Board and the Moon Township Foundation Board. “My goal for the Foundation is to create an opportunity for Moon Township Parks and Recreation to obtain opportunities that they did not have access to prior to the creation of the Foundation. The 501c3 status enables the park staff to compete for grants and funds that they previously did not qualify for.”
